RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

There are no exchanges on beauty products. You have the option to return product(s) for store credit that is ordered within 7 (seven) days after your parcel was delivered. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its entirety and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Any damaged, used, and/or incomplete product will not be eligible for a refund. 

We do not refund returned shipping costs.

To return item(s) from your order, please follow the below-mentioned procedure:

1) To start your return, click on the button above and enter your order number and email address.

2) Choose the items you would like to return and indicate the relevant return reason(s).

3) The courier pre-paid shipping label and packing slip will be available to download and print to prepare your return. 

4) Make sure the item(s) you wish to return have all original product tags included.

5) Place your item(s) and the packing slip inside a sturdy container or in the original box that your item(s) came in. Remove any older addresses and barcodes, secure the package with tape, and affix the new shipping label to the outside.

6) Once your package has been shipped, you will be notified via email to track your return.

7) Your return may take up to 14 business days to be processed. The refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
