CLIENT ACCOUNT
You can create your Balvichi Beauty Client Account by clicking on the Client Account section located in the menu at the bottom of our website. Click on “Create an Account” and fill in the obligatory information marked with an asterisk. You will be sent a confirmation email to the email address provided when creating your Client Account. If you need further assistance, contact Client Service.
Creating a Client Account on balvichibeauty.com enables you to be identified quickly by Balvichi, LLC (collectively, “Balvichi Beauty” or the “Administrator”) when you make online purchases.
A Client Account enables you to:
– view your order history
– track the delivery of your parcels
– return product(s)
– update your contact information
For your security, balvichibeauty.com does not save your credit card information.
If you forget your password, click on Client Account and then on Forgot my password. An email will be sent to you to reset your password.
PAYMENT
Payments are accepted via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, with a valid billing address.
Prepaid cards and unregistered prepaid gift cards are not encouraged and may not be accepted on balvichibeauty.com.
You may also contact Client Service for assistance with your order.
We charge state and local taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable law. Taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary Page. You can find a summary of applicable duties and taxes at checkout before completing payment for your order.
Important sales tax information
Unless your purchase is specifically exempt from taxation, BALVICHI is required to collect sales tax in the Exempt State to which your order is shipped. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Each Exempt State requires purchasers to report all purchases that were shipped to such Exempt State and that were not taxed at the time of purchase, and to pay the appropriate sales taxes on such purchases, pursuant to the applicable laws of such Exempt State. Taxes should be reported and paid pursuant to the tax laws and regulations of each Exempt State.
ORDERS/SHIPPING/RETURNS
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a tracking link. You can also Track Order or sign into your Client Account.
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
We are unable to allow any shipping address changes once an order is placed.
Delivery Methods & Fees
During peak periods, delivery times may take longer.
Packages from our fulfilment centers do not ship on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day

Items can only be delivered to the shipping address indicated at the time of placing the order.
There are no exchanges on beauty products. You have the option to return product(s) for store credit that is ordered within 7 (seven) days after your parcel was delivered. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its entirety and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Any damaged, used, and/or incomplete product(s) will be ineligible for a refund.
Balvichi Beauty does not refund returned shipping costs.
To return item(s) from your order, please follow the below-mentioned procedure:
Balvichi, LLC, (collectively, “Balvichi Beauty” or the “administrators”) monitors the number of returns made by clients. Repeated returns will be flagged and may, at the company’s discretion, lead to the closure of your balvichibeauty.com account and being barred from making future orders.
