Purchases made on balvichibeauty.com can only be shipped within the United States. 

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 3-8 business days after processing. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Method & Fees

Orders of $50 or more – Complimentary

Orders under $50 – a $8.00 shipment fee is assessed.

No deliveries will be made on National Holidays.

The total will be charged to your card when the order, pre-orders included,  is confirmed. 

Please note that your billing address must be identical to the one listed on your credit/debit card statement. At present, we do not accept gift cards.

Tax information 

Sales Tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations. Orders shipped to addresses in the United States will be subject to applicable sales tax.  Hence, if your shipping address is in a state where retail stores, company establishments or one of our partners are located, the corresponding tax will be applied. 

The total you pay when you complete your order already includes all duties and taxes owed to local authorities.
